Recruitment Process
We at Al-Siraaj follow a well-structured selection, recruitment and immigrations
process. We assist candidates in visa arrangement once they have been selected. Our
recruitment process begins after the receipt of Demand Letter and Power of Attorney
from the client.
Step 1 Advertising - Advertising in major national and local newspapers and the
Internet for candidates.
Step 2 Invite Applications - Inviting applicants for interviews.
Step 3 Conducting Interviews - Interviews are taken by experts and
professionals in deluxe hotels in major cities of India. We hire experts from renowned
universities of India.
Step 4 Post Interview Documentation - All the necessary documents are
collected from the selected candidates. We also translate the documents into the Libyan
language.
Step 5 Visa Confirmation - Completing visa formalities for the candidate
Step 6 Arrangement for Transportation and Deployment - We assist the employee in
getting Air Tickets and deploying to Libya. Moreover, we also acquaint the
immigrant with Libyan culture & lifestyle.
