Mr. Mehmood Ismail is teh inspirational leader of Al Siraaj, and has played a
significant role in the progress of the organization since 1983. He has been
working for Libya for many years. With
an experience of more than twenty years,
Mr Ismail is wholly aware of the HR processes and has overseen the operations in
the organization. Mr Ismail now heads the
organization and is the decision-maker in the top management.
